At AceOptics, we stand behind the quality and durability of our safety glasses. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects on all AceOptics Safety Glasses.

✅ What’s Covered?

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal use of your AceOptics Safety Glasses.

Examples of covered issues may include:

  • Frames are broken due to a structural weakness
  • Lens cracking not caused by impact or misuse
  • Defective hinges or components from manufacturing

If the issue is deemed a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace your product one time at no cost.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from accidents, improper care, abuse, or misuse
  • Scratches on lenses from normal wear and tear
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance

🔁 How to Request a Replacement

  1. Take clear photos of the issue from multiple angles.
  2. Submit the warranty form below with your photos and order information.
  3. Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.
  4. If approved, we’ll send you a one-time replacement of the same or comparable item.

Note: Warranty claims without photos or proof of purchase may be denied.

  • Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Each product is eligible for one (1) replacement only.
  • Replacement items are not eligible for further warranty claims.
  • We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a manufacturer’s defect.
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
