I agree to try a pair of AceOptics Safety Glasses. I understand these are pre-release products being tested for comfort, performance, and fog-resistance.

🎥 Video Release & Consent

I agree to be filmed and/or photographed during the trial and permit AceOptics to use:

My video/audio interview
Action shots or photos of me wearing the product
My first name and any feedback I provide

This content may be used on social media, our website, or promotional materials. I understand this is voluntary, and I will not receive financial compensation but may receive a free or discounted product.
